Westars Corporate Affairs was founded in early 2018 by its partner, the engineer Roberto Badra Sallum, after three decades of experience and achievements.
Between structural uncertainties, believing in innovative processes, and in the skills which new leaders require to expand their vision and seek for new growth opportunities, Roberto has decided to found Westars, a company specialized in Corporate and Government Affairs and other segments of our portfolio.

Roberto Badra Sallum – Founding Member
Engineer, graduated from Mackenzie University and MBA in Public Management from Getulio Vargas Fundation, with experience in Corporate Governance, Institutional, Governmental and Investor Relations. His professional career of three decades has accumulated knowledge as a counselor, entrepreneur and executive of companies of the industrial, engineering, real estate, technology, private concession of public service sectors and through voluntary participation in representative entities in his activity area.
Edson Luís Rocha – Technology Segment
Graduated in Computer Science and Electronics and Mechatronics Technologist, with a lot of experience in Software Engineering, IT Governance and Project Management focused on technological updating. With more than 30 years in the IT area, working as an executive, consultant and technology and outsourcing supplier services to large companies in the financial, insurance and mining sectors.

Structural uncertainties happen in the external world and out of the control of leaders, being today acting forces and which might compromise companies destiny. There is a need of "being" to be a company that strikes, in other words, to quickly identify the sources of uncertainty, to set a path and make adjustments to take the company to success.
In this segment we put our advisory support at the disposal of strategic vision companies seeking to consolidate relationships of trust, crisis mitigation and business expansion. We are present in Public and Private institutions of the various sectors of our economy.

We believe that the changes are impacting on new behavioral forms and that the future of the real estate market for investors will happen through the listing of funds under the management of companies from the financial sector, the so-called fund managers. Those interested in acquiring real estate for income are now adhering to real estate fund quotas, with advantages such as not having to manage their assets, remain with financial liquidity, among others. In this segment, we offer our experience to be part of or to represent partners or shareholders in boards of management of anonymous or limited companies, institutes and foundations or to act as senior advisor to governance committees and special projects.Real Estate Assets
